Janet
Director
As the library director, Janet handles administrative duties, selects new library resources, plans adult programs, publishes the monthly online newsletter, and oversees the daily running of the library. Interacting with patrons is a highlight of her job.
When not at the library, Janet enjoys spending time with her husband, kids and grand kids, as well as with her church family. Swimming, reading, and quilting are some of her favorite pastimes.

Brittany
Children's Librarian
As our Children’s Librarian, Brittany is responsible for all children activities, including preschool reading time, the after-school program- Our Weekly Library Club (OWL), children’s programing in the summer, and all the hands-on activities out on display year round. She is also responsible for all the fun colorful decorations and displays up in the children’s section!
When not upstairs, she helps at the front desk and coordinates the Adult Book Clubs. When not at the library, you can often find Brittany at the Rangeley Friends of the Arts Lakeside Theater, involved in the current live theater production in some capacity. She is often found on the stage itself, acting and singing all through the summer. Lucky for us- she uses all those acting and singing skills to make story time here at the library that much more fun!

Andy
Cataloging Librarian
As cataloging librarian, Andy’s responsibilities include creating and maintaining cataloging records for all media, preparing materials for circulation, monitoring overdue materials, and many other tasks to ensure a smoothly running library.
When not at work, Andy enjoys being outdoor, especially hiking and kayaking.

Kayla
Circulation Tech
As circulation technician, Kayla’s main focus is ensuring seamless access to library collections and services. Whether helping patrons check out the latest bestsellers, managing accounts, or searching for specific resources, Kayla is here to help.
When not at the circulation desk, you’ll find Kayla exploring local hiking trails or trying new coffee shops. She has a wonderful family who keep her busy and grounded. Kayla wants people to feel free to stop by the circulation desk to chat.
