Children Programs

Summer Reading Program

We offer two age groups, preschool and early elementary, which meet from early July until mid to late August. These groups meet from 10:00 to 11:30 AM and have fun activities related to the current Summer Reading Program theme. Our theme for 2026 is “Unearth a Story” which will deal with topics related to dinosaurs, paleontology, and archaeology. Please contact the library to sign up.

Preschool Story Hour

For ages up to 5, meets at 12:00 PM every Friday throughout the school year. Children are invited to join us, accompanied by an adult, for stories and other early literacy activities.

OWL Clubs

Our Weekly Library Clubs are an after-school program where children come to learn and have fun. Each session includes snack, stories, and activities such as games and crafts connected by a particular theme of interest to kids.
